How it works

  1. Pick your rides. Choose the ones you actually want to ride, at any park.
  2. Say what counts as a drop. Ten minutes shorter, or under twenty minutes, for each ride or for all of them.
  3. Get on with your day. Queue Drops sends a notification the moment a wait falls that far. Tap it for the ride.

Questions

Is there an app that tells you when theme park queues go down?

Yes, Queue Drops. It watches the wait times for the rides you pick and sends a notification to your iPhone when one falls.

Where do the wait times come from?

From the parks' own live ride data through ThemeParks.wiki, the same numbers the park's board shows. They update within seconds of the park changing them.

Which phones does it work on?

iPhone, with an Apple Watch app. There is no Android version yet.

Does it cost anything?

Queue Drops is free while it's being tested. Paid features are planned, and this page will say what they cost before they arrive.

Does it track me?

There are no accounts, ads or analytics. Your location and ride log stay on your iPhone. Read the privacy policy.

Is it affiliated with the parks?

No. Queue Drops is independent, and park names here are only to say which park's queues you are looking at.
